4.6 Payment portals. If you write to Zendesk the use of a credit settlement portal or compliance portal that Zendesk charges as necessary operating costs a subscription or a percentage of a downloaded invoice, Zendesk charges you for the fees of this tax and you are required to pay. 3.4 Payment in case of termination. With the exception of the termination in Section 3.3, if you cancel your subscription for a service or terminate your account before the end of your subscription, or if we terminate or resile your account in accordance with Section 3.3, you must immediately pay all unpaid subscription fees related to the remainder of that subscription period, in addition to all other amounts you owe to Zendesk. 3.6 Consulting staff may enter the subscriber`s production account („accept“) to provide consulting services in accordance with Zendesk`s customer policy under support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/%20115001753608-Granting-Zendesk-temporary-access-to-your-account. 8.1 Each party may choose to terminate your account and subscription at the end of your subscription period, by announcing a notification in accordance with this Agreement, 30 (30) days before the end of this subscription period. If your account and service subscription are not terminated in this way, your subscription to a service (including all associated services provided) is extended by a subscription period corresponding to the duration of the subscription. Unless an order form is otherwise required, the subscription fee for your subscription to a service for such a later subscription period applies to our standard service plan and related services that you have subscribed to or made available at the time you begin this subsequent subscription period. 6.4 Suspension of service and acceleration. If an amount owed under this agreement or another is due for our services, thirty (30) days or more is in arre between (or ten (10) days or more in case of money you have authorized us to charge from your credit card), without restricting our other rights and remedies, we can expedite your outstanding fee obligations arising from such agreements, so that all of these obligations become immediately due and payable, and suspend our services until these amounts are fully paid. In accordance with Section 13.1 (Manner of Giving Notice), we will give you at least 10 days` notice in advance before suspending services in accordance with the above. 3.5 No refund. With the exception of your termination rights under Section 3.3, if you choose to cancel your subscription or cancel your account before the end of your current subscription, you will not receive any refunds or credits for subscription fees or other fees or payments.
